How to Repair a Rim?

Generally, bends can occur on the inner or outer part of the rim due to potholes and speed bumps. The dents on the rim surface are generally caused by the vehicle's contact with poor roads. Therefore, the best option is the repair method, which requires more advanced processing. To determine the degree of damage, the dent must first be examined. If the dent is very deep, this area can be welded with alloy material or body filler can be applied. After filling, grinding and CNC rim turning processes are performed.

If the rim surface is not painted and is CNC processed, the affected area can be sanded and polished, but a CNC lathe must be used to return the rim to its original state. After the CNC rim turning process, the rims regain their original appearance.
